What is vertigo Vertigo is a false sensation of movement. Severe and sudden vertigo attacks can lead to falls. You may experience the illusion that things around you are moving, or you may feel like you are moving despite standing still, sitting, or even lying down. For many people, vertigo is experienced as a spinning sensation

How Does Yoga Help To Cure Vertigo?

Yoga is a functional and non- in vasive tool that helps eliminate vertigo symptoms by harmonizing the nervous system and improving mind and body balance. Suggested are some of the simple yoga exercises which will help to build focus & concentration.

However, during the vertigo attack, it’s better to rest for a time period when the severity of the attack is at its peak and wait for symptoms to subside . Patients of BPPV are not advised to do these postures.
