Advanced Rhinology and Endoscopic Sinus Solutions at Elite Health Care

Nasal congestion, chronic sinus pain, and breathing difficulties can severely impact your daily energy, sleep quality, and overall well-being. When medical management (like nasal sprays and antibiotics) is insufficient, advanced surgical solutions can restore clear breathing and proper sinus drainage.

At Elite Health Care, we offer state-of-the-art diagnostic and surgical care for all nasal and sinus conditions, led by Dr. Venus Tilavat Patel. Our clinic utilizes advanced endoscopic visualization, microdebrider systems, and coblation technology to deliver highly effective, minimally invasive treatments with faster recovery times.

Our Surgical Procedures

Septoplasty & Septorhinoplasty (Correction of Deviated Septum & Nasal Airway)

The nasal septum is the wall of cartilage and bone that divides your nostrils. A deviated septum occurs when this wall is displaced to one side, narrowing the nasal passage and causing nasal obstruction, chronic congestion, and snoring.

  • Septoplasty: A surgical procedure to straighten a deviated septum, restoring balanced airflow through both nostrils. It is performed entirely inside the nose, leaving no visible external scars.
  • Septorhinoplasty: Performed when structural correction of the septum is combined with cosmetic reconstruction of the external nose, correcting nasal airway blockages while repairing aesthetic abnormalities caused by genetics or trauma.

Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS)

Chronic sinusitis is a persistent inflammation of the sinuses that leads to facial pain, headaches, thick discharge, and breathing blockages.

  • FESS (Sinus Surgery): A highly precise, minimally invasive procedure to clear blocked sinus pathways. Our surgeon inserts a thin endoscope into the nose to visualize the sinus cavities and carefully removes diseased tissue or bone to restore natural sinus drainage.
  • Advanced Daycare Procedures: For mild sinus cases, FESS is performed as a daycare procedure using a microdebrider system—a specialized instrument that precisely removes swollen tissue and blockages.
  • Near-Zero Complication Rates: We combine endoscopic precision with advanced coblation and laser technologies to minimize bleeding, prevent damage to healthy tissues, and ensure a safe, highly successful recovery.

FESS for Nasal Polyps (Nasal Polypectomy)

Nasal polyps are soft, non-cancerous growths that develop in the lining of the nasal passages or sinuses, often due to chronic inflammation or allergies. Large polyps can block airflow and sinus drainage.

  • Endoscopic Polypectomy: We perform nasal polypectomies endoscopically using sterile, single-use microdebrider blades. The microdebrider gently shaves and aspirates the polyps, ensuring clean margins and minimal trauma to the surrounding nasal mucosa. FESS is the gold standard procedure for comprehensive polyp removal.

Coblation Adenoidectomy

Adenoids are patches of tissue located high in the throat, just behind the nose. In children, enlarged adenoids can block the nasal passages, leading to mouth breathing, loud snoring, sleep apnea, and recurrent middle ear infections.

  • Controlled Ablation (Coblation): Traditional adenoidectomy methods use heat or scraping, which can cause discomfort. At Elite Health Care, we use advanced Coblation technology. By combining low-temperature radiofrequency energy with saline, a plasma field is created at the tip of the device to dissolve tissues molecule by molecule at low temperatures. This minimizes damage to surrounding healthy tissues, reduces post-operative pain, and results in a swift return to normal activities.
